Career Profile
Yeonwoo Shim received the BS. degree in Semiconductor Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology(POSTECH), Pohang, South Korea, in 2025. She is currently MS-Ph.D student at Graduate School of Semiconductor Technology in 2026 from Pohang University of Science and Technology(POSTECH), Pohang, South Korea. Her current research interests include AI-driven EDA, Physical Design Optimization. She is working with Prof. Seokhyeong Kang in CAD & SoC Design Lab(CSDL).
